EVERYTHING. Especially the CEO. Trust me; he's a clown. I swear our HR was so good, she was so sweet nd understanding but is joker k sath rahega konn, isliye vo bhi chale gayi, aur bhi bahot achhe ache log the, sabne chodh diya isko. HAHAHAHA. Ye itna bada joker hai, isko lagta hai ye poori company AI k bharose pe chalaega, Can you imagine he laid off a content writer after chatgpt was launched, and fun fact isko khud chat gpt use krna nahi aata, hahaha. Everything is fake; trust me, the attendees are the employees of group futurists in their virtual events because nobody attends their event. They fake everything. The CEO, who liked to think of himself as the leader of this mess, took pleasure in creating a hostile and miserable work environment. Picture looking forward to your paycheck, only to find out it's delayed again, causing you financial stress. This was not a rare issue; it happened regularly and made it hard for employees to pay their bills. The problems didn’t stop there. The workplace was filled with negativity, where coworkers would often undermine each other. There was no trust or teamwork, only a harsh environment where everyone competed for even minor recognition. The amount of work was overwhelming. It seemed like management enjoyed overloading us, adding more to our plates relentlessly, leading to certain burnout in this draining workplace. There was no one to help us in this terrible environment. Especially not the CEO, who would put down anyone who questioned him. His harsh leadership style made us feel helpless and beaten down. The CEO, Satvik Katyal is super helpful in all aspects, which greatly enhances the overall work environment. The work culture is terrible here. No appreciation for the work done, and especially with a team leader like Miss Ankita, it is impossible to be happy here. She will call you at random hours, ‘explain’ things for 15 minutes and then expect you to do the work cause it will take only “10-15 mins”. If you can’t understand anything, then she will say that she’s given enough training and that the work should be completed. She doesn’t understand about personal problems and will make you constantly edit one thing two or three times. With a work culture like this, no one will want to really stick in this company and I hope Group Futurista understands this....Read More
