I have consistently received as exceptional service from group bayport comapany. Their team is professional , knowledgeable and freindly. From the initial consultation to final project, their attention to detail is impeccable. I am also impressed by the whole HR team, their commitment to susatinability , using eco - freindly supporting system.

I have been working with Group Bayport for more than 5 years and had a great opportunity to work with various people from the they I joined till this date , I have never seen any bias, misbehaving hectic workload, etc. They work very professional and treat their employees well which makes an organization a leading one. Overall the company is best with its employees

There is nothing to say in dislinke as they provide multiple benefits to employees such as great payroll, leaves, bonuses etc

I would like to leave a review about the company's policy of paying employees 1.5x overtime when they work beyond their shift hours. This policy is truly commendable and shows that the company values its employees' time and effort.

While it is important for companies to compensate employees fairly for their overtime work, it is equally important to ensure that employees are not overworked or expected to work beyond reasonable limits. I believe that a work-life balance is essential for employees to be motivated and productive in the long run. In this organization especially in the Design department when it workload situations the work hours reached 60-70 hours a week No Learning and Brainstorming session The lack of opportunities for creativity and learning within the company is a major concern. The absence of brainstorming sessions and further learning opportunities can lead to a stagnant work environment and disengaged employees. To enhance the quality of work produced and the company's progress and growth, it is recommended that the company implement brainstorming sessions or workshops and provide employees with opportunities for growth and development. The company's appraisal process is inadequate, and it is crucial for employees to feel recognized and appreciated for their hard work. The current process seems to be demotivating, leading to disengagement among employees. Excellent company to work for and also has freendly employees. If you are a fresher, you can learn a lot of thing from your seniors. All the seniors are very helpful and the best part is they never put pressure on new joining as compared to other which I liked the most. I think if you are fresher then you must join their company.

I like almost everything about Group Bayport. I think this the perfect company to start a corporate career as they do not give busy work to new hires. I joined here as a graphic designer. My trainer was very good and also the one who was my senior taught me a lot of new things. I am very happy that I started my career with this.
