in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

The leader are good, especially my manager. He supports me almost all the time which I don't think other managers do. I had some family issues due to which I could not come to the office for al least three months. I thought that I might have to leave this company but my manager asked me to work from home, which I did not expect. One of the remarkable aspects of Group Bayport is their unwavering understanding. The company goes beyond to ensure employee satisfaction as they want to feel their employees comfortable. I had a great experience over there as Designer. I can say that I worked with a great company and also a wonderful team.
