I like almost everything about Group Bayport. I think thai is the perfect company to start a corporate career as they do not give busy work to new hires. I joined here as a graphic designer. My trainer was very good and also the one who was my senior taught me a lot of new things. I am very happy that I started my career with this.

Nothing was positive about the company. Guess what sometimes salary was credited late. So you wake up to nasty suprise.

Oh man! The list can never end. But guess what? These guys are super genius asking every employee to give good reviews on Google and deleted all the bad reviews as it contains employees, manager and senior HRBPs name in it. It shows how coward the company is to take it seriously and asking everyone to write fake reviews!

The work environment is good/average and festival celebrations are getting better than before, which boost employee's morale. (Only in day shift)

I'm working here for more than 2 years and according to my review the following points are my feedback towards a company 1. Don't get regular week offs and festival holidays due to the less manpower/employee and due to this we face health issues and don't get enough time to spend with family and friends, everyone is celebrating outsi de and we are working in four walls. 2. Don't get a quick solution of any concern(One answer of all the problems "We are working on it, it will take time"), 3. No career growth and no opportunities here. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And the most important thing is we get a Diwali bonus from our own salary and that's not fair (It should be the company's gratitude towards the employees)</mark>. I hope our feedback matters and I am looking forward to seeing new changes. And hope next time we can fill more points in the like box and fewer points in the dislike box.
