The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Thermal Power Project General Manager Position.I get to travel Four States i.e Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi for Technical tour for desiding of vendors Equipment selection . But on - site travel is completely dependent on Our project and client's location,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here....Read More

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes

Generally specking , my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire Power Project Activities and Overall Sponge Iron Plant 4x100 TPD Unit Production . its a very new job for me but it will be a great learning experience .

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
