They provide opportunity to freshers. Good company for first time job seekers. Cannot be considered long time career option.

Dislikes

Long working hours. On paper day end time is 6 p.m. but number of times we have left at 12 midnight.

Work Details

Exciting to boring. Depends upon the situation and the job. Since they do not have a promising product base and also with less technical products, engineers tend to get bored over here

A good workplace for first time job-seekers. You get to learn a great deal of things especially interacting directly with customers. Actually this is the best thing you get to learn here.

Work environment and non-supportive staff. There's nothing called team-work here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
