I love this organization. Have worked with them for 9 long years. I respect the mission and vision. However it has its own downfalls and disappointments. For instance, there is hardly any work life balance. Even if its there only a priviledged few has the option of availing it. Growth and career developement is restricted to the group that is more inclined towards favoritism. Senior management is biased at times.
