They are following all the latest technical tools software in terms of CRM . Also salary comes on time and there would not be any salary deductions whenever you come late office .

Dislikes

Their old employees were so rigid and don’t want to grow their new teammates. They just want to relax in the office and don’t bother to go outside along with their teammate in the market .

Absolutely everything .... The company has no negotiable , non optimal and non customized products .. being in the industry , its always necessary to have some flexibility and only few can grow in the company because of immense office politics starting from Management to the lowest level
