It's a company which belongs to higher policy and great work culture. The work environment is really friendly and all the colleague's are very helpful for eachother and grow together.

Dislikes

Not such but can give atleast alternate Saturday off so that we can give sometime to family and rejoice our job more with more energy.

Company is a fully professional company. Very good rules and policies. Timely salary timely expenses. Not a single rupees deduction, even if deducted will be notified immediately.

Dislikes

The immediate bosses that's the managers working here for years. They think as if they are running some crime syndicates. They will communicate with subordinates like giving threatening or else company is of their parents. That's the only reason why employees leaving greenlam. Only for those idiot state heads and rsms.
