Job security is there, attrition rate is very high. People leave job bcz of micro mgt by managers and unorganised work. They let you do non sense work.

Very insecure place to work there , i was working in Guwahati branch in greenlam, so my experience was so horrible

Company senior level collegue tourture me mentally during covid 19period as they were aware abt my health problems but they didn't understand abt it, and tourture me mentally during lockdown and given work pressure lot

In Greenlam , not aware about girls safety, even so many complaint against senior collegue to HR but hr didn't take any action. Unfair decision, very worthless
