In my 5 years of experience, I've never come across such unethical organization as Greedygame. The CEO doesn't have any trust on his employees. The payment for a full time employment is based on the quantity and quality of work done (which I've never off nor did I signed any such agreement). The CEO and HR are baised when judging their employees.

Work Details

No work life balance. No flexible. If the office time is 10am and employee is late by 1min, he/she will be considered late and will be fined. There's no wfh concept in the company and if your some reason you take wfh, 40% salary on day gets deducted

The only good thing about greedy game would be their lunch and in house snacks.There is nothing positive about this place. No job security, No work/life balance. In the name of a startup these guys drain the bejesus out of you. And if they feel you are lagging or if they have to save more money they will fire you without any second thought.

Dislikes

Poor quality in people skills, They have no fixed expectations or output expected from you. All they want is to save money or make money. Learning aspects are too low.
