A full health conscious meal is provided to the employees since nobody has time to go anywhere else for lunch considering time boundaries. Hygienic workplace.

The management does not recognise talent. If they feel that they need to fire somebody even if that individual is struggling at the start, but has a lot of talent in him/her, the people playing internal politics will find a way to remove that person from the department or fire that person from the job. There are many people workingin senior management roles playing games all day long but do not care enough to connect with their team members to help them grow. I have seen many such young talents being wasted away because of the carelessness of their team leaders. I wish that the company would just give one thought what it could have achieved if they could actually understand the difference between a really neat and tidy dedicated employee who is working really hard to improve his/her game VS the people who are actually wasting the company's resource and don't even understand what the word professionalism means. As compare to other EdTech platforms Working in great learning is much better But salary n incentives are not up to the mark It is good for 1 yr profile and for those how are working in lesss salary But senior profile not worth it Incentives are less But culture is good Growth is really slow you can’t be promoted in 2yr And salary appraisal are not good

When I joined Great Learning, it was full of potential and opportunities for growth. It had a great culture that really spoke volumes about it being one of the best, if not the best in the EduTech space. However, this changed significantly after company partnered with Byju's, marking a turning point for all aspects of Great Learning.

Dislikes

Skill development was not prioritized and my growth as a designer was neither recognized nor rewarded with appropriate promotions or job security. Additionally, the compensation was significantly lower than industry standards. Overall, I would not recommend this company for designers seeking financial and professional growth.

And their HR renuka, Neha V, Banshika all are so unprofessional they are firing people and if people are begging to give them a chance they are making fun of them. One of my friend was working here. Manager was not even cooperative. Buddy assigned didn't even respond to the queries. And unnecessary expectations within 1 -2 months and lots of pressure to complete the targets. Old leads were given where 85 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company. Seriously there’s nothing to like in this organisation I have wasted my 2 years here and one thing I learned how to deal with cheap mangers.

Everything actually Partial managers specially in Degree vertical Managers will ask you to brings something for them and personal favors. If you denied they will start misbehaving with you. Micro management is there. And lastly people who book managers here while performing in Covid they don’t know how ed tech works they think still covid is going on and things are as easy as it was in covid.

Work culture is good and as most of the people are young, so it is easier to talk to them and timings are flexible as well. Leas work load as well.

There is extremely less opportunity of growth and learning. Company is still a startup so job security is also not that great. Different teams keep on closing up which makes employees to either quit or join some different team.
