One of my friend was working here. Manager was not even cooperative. Buddy assigned didn't even respond to the queries. And unnecessary expectations within 1 -2 months and lots of pressure to complete the targets. Old leads were given where 85 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company. Some people are promoted based on no skill set and they have created a toxic culture people they don’t know how to handle a team. These people need to upskill and train to managers and learn from the leadership of the organisation.

Seriously there’s nothing to like in this organisation I have wasted my 2 years here and one thing I learned how to deal with cheap mangers.

Everything actually Partial managers specially in Degree vertical Managers will ask you to brings something for them and personal favors. If you denied they will start misbehaving with you. Micro management is there. And lastly people who book managers here while performing in Covid they don’t know how ed tech works they think still covid is going on and things are as easy as it was in covid.

Work culture is good and as most of the people are young, so it is easier to talk to them and timings are flexible as well. Leas work load as well.

There is extremely less opportunity of growth and learning. Company is still a startup so job security is also not that great. Different teams keep on closing up which makes employees to either quit or join some different team.

- Unequal salary for people at the same level in the hierarchy - Low growth - Lots of meetings and overall management is average - Always focuses on a bell curve and retains mediocre employees and not the hardworking or high-performing ones - Team-wise management differs and has lots of hierarchial delays - 10 year old company but too centralized and lots of people in delegation level and less people in the execution level - More bargaining power as well as generally authority with external stakeholders and no power internally, if you go by the so called value proposition.
