The best part about working with Gray Routes was that you are given the opportunity to lead and explore. A bunch of young minds working together as a unit with an entrepreneurial spirit towards innovation. Work environment was very approachable and friendly with salary above average from industry standard.

When you are too focused you lose track of life after work (late hours not extra benefit), not all were lucky to get away with mistakes (firing), inconsistency in implementing HR policies (rules are not same for all).
