There giving us opportunity to do work from home, but the lack point is that we can earn only when we do sales, if we can't do sales we couldn't get money as a salary. Apart management is supportive.

Dislikes

That if we can't do sales, we couldn't get incentives. So basically I m earning. I m only the part of organization.

I was happy with the work environment, coz we get training for team building, how to grow but at the same if ur team is not working it will affect ur growth also. Nd u can improve ur soft skills.
