Excellent company policies and values, best place to work with passion. One of the best place to join to experience good work culture and employee friendly management policies.

Dislikes

Leaving the organization. Sometimes if I compare with IT company, I want to get variety of experience which is making here.

Work Details

My job is quite interesting. I get to work as team, lead, manager as well as consultant. I learn a lot in terms of soft skills, domain knowledge and technical matters too. Very good management lessons are available in this global manufacturing firm.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
