Company culture and senior management attitude are not satisfactory.Mainly Management policy for middle management is very poor.Good people are waiting long long time for promotion and better scope. Colony security is prompt, gym facility is good club house is good. Extra curriculum are nicely executed.

Zero work life balance. Still following old work culture. Lots and lots of paper work. No innovative ideas are appreciated and followed. People at higher management are not ready to accept new people and new ideas. Lack of man power. Every Department is short staffed. Old plant so frequent breakdown causing urgency of material. No proper planning. Worst office culture.

At plant level working culture is not good a typical Lala culture where you need to satisfy the ego of high headed people if not you would be facing unnecessary humiliation and they won’t be providing equal opportunity.
