Colony security is prompt, gym facility is good club house is good. Extra curriculum are nicely executed.

People at higher management are not ready to accept new people and new ideas. Lack of man power. Every Department is short staffed. Old plant so frequent breakdown causing urgency of material. At plant level working culture is not good a typical Lala culture where you need to satisfy the ego of high headed people if not you would be facing unnecessary humiliation and they won’t be providing equal opportunity.
