First of all, the company provided a scope for me since I've employed as a fresher and provided a good learning curve on basics of research methodologies and report structure. It provided good rewards and bonuses in the 1st year and was in a competitive atmosphere. The 1st year was peaceful with a good work-life balance, but 2024 turn out to be a 'CURSE'. Idk what made them so ridicule to engage us into working on weekends. Production messed up, sales dwindled, poor growth and lack of coordination. I can't say its a messed up organisation but with zigzag routines, improper HR policies, sick leadership from Manager and TL's, this organisation will collapse within a short frame ....Read More

This company is too good to be good. While working here you will feel like you are at home. No meetings, no discussions, nothing doing. You will be assigned work which you will have to complete and submit.

What I like is what I dislike about this company. The work culture will make you so comfortable that you will forget your identity. You will become a school going kid who just follows teacher's instructions. If teacher says B is A you will believe that it a A. Your mind will stop improvising. Encouraging talks from the management people. Co-ordination for work and communication has been much transparent till date. Company policies are in favour of employees. It's an people-first company.

Dislikes

One major thing coming from self perspective is emphasis is given on comfort during tasks. Otherwise, nothing specific!!

Overall experience has been great so far!! Learning curve gets sharpened when working with a reputed market research organisation. Associated people within and outside the team have been open for work related discussion at any given time. Growth assured.
