Nothing, the company doesn't deserves to be liked at all.
1. The company is being run by a bunch of clowns/foolish employees, sitting with 8-10 years of experience, with 0 knowledge. 2. Team heads are complete oblivious (not all but a few), do not have any idea about the timings, the working hours, and do not respect the work culture or the decorum, only know how to yell and insult the subordinates in front of rest of the office. 3. Team heads and their favorite people come to the office either drunk or high on weed (always). 4. People only come here for getting involved with seniors in terms of relationships, to get a raise without a need to do or perform anything, whereas a person working hard day-in and day-out is neglected completely while at work and during appraisal cycles. 5. The higher management isn't concerned at all regarding the employees working at ground level. 6. The higher management will only take strict action against a weak but a genuine employee who would step up for the wrong. This is one of the things which will lead the company to hell. 7. Here, nepotism works at its zenith. 8. While applying leaves, you'll be asked to submit a reason via email, you're daily work will be tracked and then used against you in a negative way during appraisals, you'll be pilled up with work which would require 3-4 resources, and then if you won't be able to perform well, they'll raise fingers at your capability. 9. Micro-management and using it against a hard working employee is this company's USP. 10. Fooling clients and not refunding them (incase the company is at fault) is a highly unacceptable approach. 11. Internal politics and mental torture are a few attributes that these hooligans at the firm have. 12. If an employee has personal problems related to their family, these guys sitting above the employee won't understand the situation of the person, they'll pressurize him/her, work from home (WFH) won't be granted, an only limited leaves are provided. 13. My experience with Grand view research is very disappointing, primarily due to leadership and management dynamics. The team lead (specifically one of the ICT team) lacks the essential leadership qualities such as effective communication, empathy and the ability to motivate the team. The management also seem to be highly partial, failing to recognize the efforts of hardworking employees. Despite putting continuous efforts there is no little acknowledgement. Instead, the focus tends to be criticism and complaints, which is really demotivating for the team. Work culture is good and a bit flexible but majority of the time employees in the lower hierarchy end up working over time without any compensations.
Team leads and managers most of the time are having fun and fooling around while the associates and senior associates are overburdened by their tasks. There is no employee-employer growth mindset. The reports developed are all terrible and repeat clients are extremely rare due to poor quality. Simple google searches are conducted tomake reports, which can be easily done by a school student if given a longer time frame. Salaries are very low compared to the work. Policies are changed on the whim of the upper management while there is a discrepancy between policies for upper management and lower ones. No job security, will put you on PIP for cost cutting while giving you lame reasons. During appraisal cycle only the favorites will get a decent hike, while others who've worked hard would get peanuts. Will make u work even on Saturdays. No overtime pay, but they will make you work after hours too

First of all, the company provided a scope for me since I've employed as a fresher and provided a good learning curve on basics of research methodologies and report structure. It provided good rewards and bonuses in the 1st year and was in a competitive atmosphere. The 1st year was peaceful with a good work-life balance, but 2024 turn out to be a 'CURSE'. Nothing. The company decided to fire the entire editing team with only a month’s notice to replace editors with an AI software.
Management does not communicate with the employees at all. All decisions are conveyed through emails. Appraisals are next to non existent and hard word is not appreciated.
