Only thing to like is great work life balance.

Dislikes

The great WLB balance is due to quite a few projects that require innovation and good engineering. Most of the projects are legacy and devs here hardly work 2-3 hours a day. it'll be career suicide to join this company in the middle of your career. Good for retirement that is if they don't lay you off. Most of the senior folks especially management are coasting, they reek of incompetence. Micromanagement is prevalent. They still make employees fill timesheets, log work hours. Now I hear they are adopting a hybrid policy in Feb 2025, wherein 3 days/week office with 9 hours/day is strictly expected. Not good. The managers are so insecure that they will try to be part of every communication with the US folks, want to get involved even when they are not required to. Personally know half a dozen in management at Mumbai office that need to be let go....Read More

It was better earlier. But now after the acquisition of Nielsen by PEs, they are doing a management overhaul from top to bottom. People are getting layed off right left and center. Post the layoff, whoever has remained, has been left to pick up pieces of those who departed causing a dent in their own work life balance quotient. I would say better to avoid this company in 2024. If possible, join after mid 2025. Probably by then, we could have a stable leadership....Read More

It was great until 2021 but since then it is not a workable place. The only good thing that you have work from home , apart from that there is nothing good as of now. It is all politics and no scope for growth.

Dislikes

It was good some year back around 2018-2021, post that it has gone to worst. No scope for growth, company leaders just focus on shifting business to India without any proper planning. The new hire in India are not up to standard and leaders have false hope on such hires.
