Working in Govt Sector especially in Defence is a great and exclusive experience. Job is secured as you have already signed a bond of 20 yrs or so. Since I work in Administration part of a Defençe organisation, frequent posting to alter places is a matter of concern, specially when you have grown up children and they are at crucial stage of their professional studies. One just thing, there is pre defined solutions for each problem, so your ability of thinking on an issue and efforts for finding a new solution doesn't work much. I like just so much of working in the government school because the girls and boys the very co-ordinate and good reading skills and more Of cultural activities and more possible of doing explanation and seminars
