Working hours is very comfortable to work. Stress free to work. Comfort zone for working faculties. Head of the departpart was guiding every one to do their best.

Salary is not properly pay to teaching and non teaching staffs. No job security. Career growth is very slow

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
