This company is too good.here management and skills development are good..all machineries are automatic.here all type environment are awesome.i am feeling happy that I was a part of employees in this company.I also like the re-hire employees policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but work growth is slow. The work pressure is very High. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days.there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product operation , production planning and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yeild operations.here a great experience in this company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
