1) Comp off policies (you can avail compensatory offs for festivals like Mahashivratri, Dussehra, etc.) 2) Two week-offs 3) Provides opportunity for additional income 4) Reasonable hikes and good yearly bonuses 5) Shift allowance for night and evening

1) Staff shortages result in difficulty of taking leaves 2) Rotational shifts every month

IITs remain India's biggest Job enabler in current scenario!

IIT Delhi had 1,200 offers while IIT Kanpur had 1,109 offers, a record placement season Microsoft, Google, BCG, McKinsey all recruited, 80 got global offers after a lot of chatter last year on 30% IITians being unplaced. Baby IITs might still be struggling a bit, but it'll get better with time for sure. So whoever was trolling IITs last year, I hope you are studying for JEE this year!
