No organisational culture Non-compliance to statutory for contract workers No social security schemes for contract workers Salary paid in cash for contract workers Poor top management No lunch room facilities available to employees & shift workers No parking shelter for two-wheelers. Need to park outside gate without any shelters. Strict work timings. Only 10 mins. of total late punch is allowed in a month. Above that half-day leave / pay is deducted....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
