Worst management, worst hr , completely filled with politics worst hr policies u have to work like an robot here no work process at all 1 project is assigned to more than 3 designers and if there any fault in design the blame will be on whole team. Managers here are more into satsang and pravachan u will enjoy atleast 1 hr pravachan daily from your manager on pointless topics. They will waste your time and after that they will blame you for not completing work on time. No recommended at all , despite of working hard you will get only few penny in appraisal. Good for trainies , trainies get more appraisal than an hard working experienced employee they don't bother about there employees at all their attitude is like if one go another will come with a less salary they don't care at all. HR is worst I have seen in all my life, when a useless guy getting high importance in company by polishing owners, the least helpful, bad behavior, the one who sticks playb*y symbol on his office going car. Owners are ok but the corrupt minds around him (like HR, managers) have made then like men of stones. They have lost their humanity.
