i have had a positive experience working at goldmine, as a remote employee . Goldmine has a well structured remote culture that ensures remote employee feel as much as a part of the team as those in office. No one will value your work and what you can do for company, your appraisel not depend on your capabilities, no job security bias bosses and CEO is the worst of them, he thinks emplyees are severt, They will burdun with tremoundos work that you will have to forget about family and also not job security aftet doing this much work.
