Salary is decent and bonus is the icing on the cake, there is nothing else to like here. You have unlimited Sick Leaves.
Dislikes
There is no work-life balance, you end up working for more than 12 hours everyday. Management is least bothered about your growth in the company, very old technology and reluctant to switch to new technology.
Work Details
6-7 hours you will be on calls and then you have to complete your 8 hours of work in next 4-5 hours, you end up working on weekends as well.
