On time salary. A lot of learning for new employees. Work-Life balance.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Relations with senior are important than work for salary hikes and promotion. For joining also, reference is important than telent. People from same family; 2-3 generations are working there. HR team is huge but very weak. Lot of financial leakages.
