I joined as fresher in Godrej and there was lots things to learn and finally it's been 3 years in Godrej. You will develop your personality in Godrej growth for old employees is low but if you are joining from another company you will get good package

Existing employees slow growth Third party payroll system (you will get stuck in third party payroll and to get on roll will be challenging because Godrej will hire employees from outside but will not give a chance to be Godrej payroll employee Cluster head of CC is bit rude and mean disrespect

Here u need to give whole your effort in NC around 200 NC raise and need to close them on time else u will be fired..! Worst company i have wver seen Non Technical Management Quality department is boss who makes your life hell..!

1. No value of operation team members all accountability and responsibility taken by site team only. 2. Quality team is overrated and they feel like they are owner of company. 3. Manager to executive all are busy in raising and closing the NC and WIR on quality app. Audits per two month. 4. No one focus on site progress, only wasting the time in quality NC closing and raising. 5. Politics and favourism issues. 6. Manager are working like site supervisors. 7. Very professional & ambitious company aspiring to become no.1 RE company in Mumbai Region & India. Management is always backing you, giving you freedom to execute work in your way, but within Quality & Safety SOP & rules. Lot of new things to learn for all. Good appraisal for all.

Dislikes

No holiday on saturday for operations team. It is mentioned in calendar but you have to come to site on all saturdays & sometimes on sundays as well. Some supportive departments are given more powers for site works & that is affecting operations team working.

No-one serious about the site progress. Management have need only close the NC on site . Here you have come only for Raise & close the NC. No need site progress. Only do job for Quality & safety work . Safety is applicable on site contractors not for localised person.

It depends on everyone perspectives, Myself working at back end, the only thing I would say, team should be big and Company should have proper training rather than OJT.
