1) flexible working structure, WFH, office site or etc no one pressurized for location based work..just matter is on time completion of assignment or work. 2) internal Team is very supportive 3) No punching and late mark etc related issues 4) leave encashment 5) telephone bill reimbursement upto assigned limit.

1. Hierarchy is not properly arranged to balance work load accross organization. 2. Decision making is very slow leading to Burnout of Employees engaged on a Project due to multiple iterations. 3. Extremely poor Work Life balance. 4. Weekend are Non Working but there as task assigned on Fridays with crunched Deadlines leading to exhaustive weekends.

Horrible environment in the CRM team! Managers can ruin people’s careers! A lot of people suffer but do not really express or stand up against the wrong things that happens in the team.
