There is no better company than Godrej; everything here is excellent. However, there is a significant disparity between off-role and on-role employees. I request you to kindly visit our seating area once and see the condition for yourself. Despite handling most of the site work, we receive neither recognition nor respect.

Dislikes

The off-role and on-role system is highly unfair and demotivating. It creates an unhealthy work environment where hard work often goes unrecognized. There should be more equality and respect for everyone's contributions, regardless of their employment status.

Very inexperienced people are made leads who get promoted basis their ability to coax seniors. They remain absent from site mostly while monitoring the reportee like a prisoner.Culture is toxic at present.Salary is variable which you never get as most of the projects have issues.Experienced people please stay away

The Godrej lives with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

Dislikes

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

Issue is with the people working here People who are having experience of 5 and 10 years are the one to ruin the company. They do not allow new comers to settle. They kind of create a toxic environment and run a syndicate. Being a friend of the manager a receptionist is having more powers, we need to beg for tea coffee and snacks.
