Godrej properties used to be a great Indian corporate.

Dislikes

It has turned from a corporate to a 'baniya' company. With dead silence from the HR over any issue you raise with them and total control with people who have very less knowledge of the concept of a corporate. They are manipulative lobbyists, who work only for their own gains. Employee mental health and his personal problems are the last things on Earth for them. Even mainstream politics seems small when compared to corporate politics in GPL. Think hard and long before taking up their lucrative offers which are basically traps as about 20 percentage of the CTC is variable, which u are supposed to get at the end of a financial year, which you will get after getting a rating of 3 or more (only if you bootlick you manager) and it also depends on the business GPL makes, if it doesn't then you get nothing and chances of getting that are close to zero. This might seem coming a pessimistic review but this is how it is. Just talk to ex Godrej employees before you join.
