The Godrej lives with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

Dislikes

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

Team Members, mis treatment to subordinates; HR complains does not help, they just turn a blind eye to employee grievance. the Managers treat their subs in a very harsh and rude manner with impunity as they know they will not be held accountable for their treatment to their subordinates. it is so acidic that you are harassed to the core of going into depression because of so much pressure for no reason with unjust demands you are continuously pinged on whatsapp from morning to evening even on holidays for work which can be taken care off during work days . just so the managers can show they are so important and busy with work . would never recommend any one unless you are desperate and have no other option....Read More
