Job Security : I worked at GPL on contract basis I work hard and honestly but some people are dominating in my department they fired me in covid lockdown situation. However my contact extend till December 21 but the fired me on Feb 21. Work Culture : Good Company Policy : Not good for Contract employees

The Godrej lives with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

Dislikes

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
