This is my first job which I have joined in 1999. I have groomed by my senior teacher . At present I'm senior teacher in our faculty and I am giving my best to train my colleagues.I maintain a good relation with my and otherdepartment too, which helps you to work as team. I have been blessed by God because till date I have never come upon any political issue. School management has been giving me opportunities to improve my personal and professional career which I can't forget. Udayachal is a learning process for everyone I have seen they believed in humanity,curtesy . It is difficult for me to think for new beginning but at times we have to take certain decisions for a better living . I have my concerns only related to the salary. That's it ....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
