Company culture,good but employee growth policy's bad ,temporary FTA employee 3 or 5 years working and experience basis after parmanent posting but not intrest senior not support only use and throughout not full facilities provide just like parmanent employee like leave, bonus, promotion I request managment please do the same thing.
