The management working in warehouse is totally biased and partial no timings are fixed and and for trainee the logistics divison is worst in godrej no support from superiors and worst way of treatment towards junior employees. Its my humble request to all trainees Freshers out there do not join godrej &boyce logistics divison.

The management has zero sense of decision making and doesn't care about junior employees..

Work life balance is a bit unbalanced as the company sports a 6 day(or sometimes a whole week) work culture even now when most of it's compatriot companies have adopted the 5 day work system.
