My current team is good to work with. Very good medical coverage for dependants, over and above any insurance. Did not cut salary for GM and below during COVID. Respect for the few diverse candidates.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

100% lala company so work happens less, bosses ego satisfaction more. Will get good appraisal if boss is happy, not dependent on sales or revenue generated. No market correction for salaries so you will have to switch jobs. No salary on your notice period. Very little diversity so it's all middle aged men who want everything done their way. HR very rude and plays games.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
