Management always there for you to provide development courses for skill improvement. Annually programs are there for your personal and professional growth. Organisation is doing extensive work on technology.

Dislikes

There are lot of concerns which management doesn’t address but you can reach out to them anytime. Annual Increments are not based on the performance. Career growth is also very slow as people are at same profile and designation since 15-20 years. Work life balance is also poor.
