They gives the good responsibility and learning environment for new Joinee or the existing employees. Everyday you got to know something new about your role and responsibilities Mangers are quite helpful and there with you in trouble.

Salary & Bonus is good as far as other companies are conser.

GPI is not a good option to adopt in term of carrier growth. Company is using very old versions of software for automation and ERP is also developed or configured as per current needs, so its very hard to present even a small statistical report. Employees will waste their energy only in collecting data rather putting thoughts in projects. Employees are working with GPI from past 30 years also, so many of them are not giving much input to new projects, considering they are going to retire soon<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
