Salary & Bonus is good as far as other companies are conser.

Dislikes

GPI is not a good option to adopt in term of carrier growth. Company is using very old versions of software for automation and ERP is also developed or configured as per current needs, so its very hard to present even a small statistical report. Employees will waste their energy only in collecting data rather putting thoughts in projects. Employees are working with GPI from past 30 years also, so many of them are not giving much input to new projects, considering they are going to retire soon. Company have no focus on doing training & development of employee’s soft skills....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
