Being WFH, the culture of the company is good. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

No skill development, and new learning. Salary is not up to the mark. Appraisal (Increment of Rs 2000/-) happens in once in a year. No job security.

Got to know how to work in different projects. My last project head, Ms. Sanjana, was an understanding person.

HR Department is too slow. Sometimes, there is only one HR doing all works. I did not get my payslips on time. I had to call and mail them every month. The project head that one gets may or may not be friendly. It depends on how lucky you are. There were times I rewrote the whole content while editing the content written by my fellow content writers. It was a workload for me.
