Hard working people from bottom to up mostly all . I worked 18 years so had good opportunities to develop and get trained . Politics is less . Compensation reasonably alright though not much for future after retired . During working alright

Death numbers of working colleagues during covid 19 pandemic was high . Once an employee gets over 55 years age he has nothing to get much and post retirement financial securing is not there in compensation . It is like transactional relationship owners and employees
