Manager - Warehouse

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing warehouses in compliance with companys policies & vision.
2. Responsible for setting up proper warehouse layout and ensure space utilization.
3. Safety of men & material Deploy global safety standards in warehouses
4. Drive improvements in warehouse operations to support profitable growth in spare parts business & customer loyalty
5. Control & manage inventory levels
6. Will be accountable for inventory record accuracy, warehouse operation efficiency & turn around time
7. Responsible for inbound & outbound logistics
8. Monitor & control cost of warehouse operations & logistics
9. Monitor service levels committed by 3rd party operators and ensure that desired levels are met
10. Defective parts management, scrap disposal, transit insurance claim settlement

Key Skills:

• Hands on experience in SAP MM module & WMS.
• Possess the ability to work in a team environment and with diverse groups of business partners
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written; ability to quickly create presentations for internal and external customers
• An initiative and ability to resolve issues either individually or through appropriate team guidance is desired
• Experience in managing large supply chain portfolio & diverse inventory
• Good knowledge on warehouse management & logistic
