Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve connectivity goal for the SBU.
2. Leverage connectivity to meet business goals of SBU
3. Enhance utilization of digital services by product support team & customers to realize the value of connectivity.
Key Deliverables:
1. Achieve Connectivity Goals
- Monitor & meet targets of 2G/3G & TCP Programs during 2025
- Track & reduce number of non-reporting assets
KPIs - PACS & ARO
2. Leverage connectivity to meet business goals
- Alert management
- Analysis of VL data and support PS team with key insights
- Prepare L2/L3 reports for CVA visits by CSEs
KPIs - Alert closure rate, CVA renewal rate
3. Enhance utilization of digital services
- Enhance EM usage rate & improve premium subscriptions Training & marketing
- Leverage Remote Services (Flash & Trouble sheet)
KPIs - EM Usage rate, RM Services target, % Premium subscriptions
