Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Nothing much to like about the company it is run very unprofessionally and there are people in the organisation that have been very indecent towards working women with ambition. They are usually rewarded and promoted to next level and women are discarded usually . No training or support is given and last minute forced work is assigned one minute before meetings on monthly reporting.

Dislikes

Almost all of the company culture is regressive and hierarchical . It is very non conducive culture for young and hard working employees who want to build their career.
