For me GM Modular is the best place to work for. Why ? You get immense freedom to perform your task. You get to experiment. You get an opportunity to put across your thoughts front of your superiors. Today, GM Modular is one of the fastest growing companies in electrical industry. During covid when I have seen downsizing happening across industries We were told that no single employee of GM Modular family will loose the job. I think that's what makes a big difference. Today I have a job, I am secured and I can look after my family. Isn't this a best feeling than that of being jobless ? GM Modular has already started making comeback big time and the organisation has got really bright future. I consider it depends on your mindset. You are opportunitinist, optimistic or you are pessimist who sees problem in every opportunity. At GM, we are growing and will keep growing no matter what.
