Her actions have left me shattered and betrayed, unjustly expelled from the company when I needed support the most. Imagine being accused of absconding,labeled as a deserter, while in reality, I was in the hospital with a fractured right arm. Aarathi refused to acknowledge the truth, ignoring my medical documentation and callously dismissing my well-being. But the mistreatment didn't stop there. Arathi relentlessly harassed me, undermining my work and shattering my confidence. Her constant belittlement and humiliation created a toxic environment, damaging not only my professional growth but also my mental well-being.
